UK Delivery

We offer FREE delivery on all orders placed within Mainland UK, for more information on our delivery terms please see below:

All orders will be dispatched the same working day once payment has been completed. To allow us to process orders correctly please provide us with your full delivery address including your post code or zip code for international orders. Please remember to leave a contact telephone number and email address in case there is a problem with your order.

Any orders made within the UK will be delivered within 24-48hrs.
Any orders made for our Pre bonded hair extensions will be dispatched for next day delivery before 1pm; this includes Keratin Nail Tips & Stick Tip Hair extensions.
Your order will be dispatched on the same working day; we dispatch all orders the same day up until the cut off time which is 2.00pm. (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days)
All retail orders are dispatched using Royal Mail; if the weight exceeds 2kg then your order will be processed via FedEx.

EU & Worldwide Delivery

We deliver to all countries around the world see below for more information on delivery times and prices:

For any orders placed outside of the UK there will be a charge of £3.99GBP.
All orders will be dispatched using the Royal Mail International service and will be dispatched on the day of purchase.
Delivery to Europe & International countries normally takes between 4 – 5 working days, please allow a few extra days in some cases as the item may be clearing customs so we cannot guarantee the 4 -5 working day time frame but this is the usual delivery schedule.
If your order has not arrived after 10 days of purchase please use our contact us form and provide us with your order number so we can trace the item.
