Are the hair extensions real hair?

Yes all of our hair extensions that we sell are 100% human hair, we do not sell synthetic hair as we feel it lacks the quality and style compared to natural human hair that we stock.

What is Remy hair?

The term Remy hair means that all cuticles flow in the same direction, this helps for easy styling and minimal tangles, “Cuticle correct” Remy hair retains a soft and shiny appearance and blends in perfectly with your own natural hair.

How do I know what colour will match best?

Please refer to our colour chart and click on the pictures to en-large them to give you the most accurate match. Alternatively you can send in a sample of your hair or email us a picture of your hair colour and we will advise on what would be the best match.

If you are always wearing hair extensions and changing colours or you run your own hairdressers then you can simply order one of our colour rings, these consist of all the covers we sell and will give you or your clients the perfect match every time.

Does my hair have to be a certain length?

No as you will see in our shop there are different lengths which you can buy so depending on your own hair length at the time you can choose the appropriate size hair extensions.

How many packs do I need to cover my whole head?

For a full head coverage of our clip in hair extensions we would recommend our 100 gram sets these will give you a full head of hair and will transform your look in a matter of minutes to give you a beautiful head of hair.

If you want to add extra volume with our clip in hair extensions and have Big hair then we would recommend our 140 gram sets these will add lots of volume and give you long, very thick beautiful hair.

For our pre bonded hair extensions please refer to your stylist or the person fitting the hair to give you the best idea on how much hair you would want, our pre bonded hair is 40 grams per packet.

How long will the hair last?

The hair we use for our hair extensions is 100% natural Remy human hair so it will last between 4-6 months as long as you take care of them and treat the hair extensions like your own hair.

Can you wash the hair?

Yes you can wash all of our hair extensions with any of your regular shampoos, we advise to use warm water and to wash them separately if you are using our clip in hair extensions it is advised to take them out of your hair before washing.

Can I dye the hair colour?

Yes as our hair is 100% natural human hair it can be dyed, it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. But blonde hair has been bleached more so more caution must be taken. Always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first however we do not advise you to dye the hair extension which is why we offer various shades to get your perfect match.

When will I receive my item?

(24Hrs) we thrive on customer service so all orders placed up to 2pm that working day will be sent out the same day and you will receive your item within 24-48hrs. Certain products such as our pre bonded hair extensions will be sent out via the next day delivery service which is guaranteed by 1pm the next day.

Do we offer refunds?

Yes if your item is damaged in anyway and you are not happy with the item then we will offer a full refund please see our customer services for more information.

What if the colour does not match?

If the hair colour you have ordered does not match your own hair then we offer a free exchange service, please find more detailed information regarding our exchange service here.
